Orders may be placed through this website or via WhatsApp. An order is confirmed only once we have verified stock and communicated the total price, including any delivery fee. We may decline any order at our discretion, including orders that fail our age verification requirements.
All prices are quoted in Ugandan Shillings (UGX) and may change without notice until an order is confirmed. Payment is accepted via MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, or cash on delivery. Goods remain the property of Liquor Box 256 until paid for in full.
Delivery time estimates (Zone A: 30–45 min, Zone B: 45–60 min, Zone C: same day) are indicative and may vary with traffic, weather and demand. The recipient must be 18 or older — see our Age Policy.
Please inspect your order with the rider at the door. Damaged, incorrect or faulty items should be refused at handover and will be replaced or refunded. Due to the nature of the goods, we cannot accept returns of accepted items with broken seals unless the product is faulty.
Orders may be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Once a rider is en route, a delivery fee may apply to cover the trip.
Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the laws of Uganda.
